Shipping Policy

Shipping Information: 

Most orders are shipped out the next day. However, Some items may take longer. Within 2 business days to be shipped out.  

Your oder is on it’s way! A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track the item.

The Shipping and Processing charge is designed to cover costs incurred by Grabzndealz for the services we provide that allow our customers the convenience of ordering from our website and receiving home-delivery of our products. These costs include expenses incurred in connection with:processing your order, packaging, shipping and processing the products you order. Receiving and processing orders occasionally returned to us and performing other support functions associated with these services.


Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.


Address Changes:

Shipping labels are created at the time of placing your order, as such we typically aren’t able to change a shipping address. If you contact us before your order has been marked as shipped we can attempt to update the address.

If an order has already been marked as shipped we are not able to change the address. Typically if a package cannot be successfully delivered it will be Returned to Sender. 

Returned To Sender Orders:

If a package cannot be delivered or if the shipper encounters an error during delivery they may begin a return to sender process of sending the shipment back to Grabzndealz. 

Any order that is returned to sender will automatically be canceled and refunded. You  may try repurchasing the items once they are re-listed to the website.

If you send back an item that does not qualify as a return, or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address being provided as being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to email, call, and pay a $10.00 return shipping & handling charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 10 days. After 10 days the item will be donated to a charity.
