Grabzndealz does not accept general returns unless we made a mistake. If something doesn’t work out you can send some items back within 7 days of delivery.
Grabzndealz does not do exchanges.
Grabzndealz inspects all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
A few types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, underwear and swimwear that has been opened, not in its original package, with no tags and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Pre-loved thrifted items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that smells like smoke. Any item not clean with odors .
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
Grabzndealz will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by issuing a full refund, and we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping. If the the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
Start The Refund Process For all items.
You can contact grabzndealz at Support@grabzndealz.com. we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds and Shipping Disputes:
If you are experiencing a non-delivery of your items or your tracking information states that the carrier delivered your package but you have not received it, you must contact GrabznDealz within 10 days to file a claim.
Grabzndealz will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 business days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
GRABZNDEALZ DOES NOT HOLD OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered after a claim is completed.
